The transport of your package
Order preparations
Upon receipt of your payment, the order is processed and shipped as soon as possible (within 3 working days). The delivery takes place within an average of 2 to 3 working days for Metropolitan France and 5 days for the countries of the European Union as from your payment.
Eco-responsible approach
We reuse cardboard boxes already used and selected and collected from various merchants in the Normandy region for our packaging to avoid waste and reduce packaging costs increasingly expensive.
Packaging and bonding
Our store has already sent more than 50,000 parcels since its creation 16 years ago, so we have experience with parcels and will ensure that they are perfectly packed to avoid breakage during transport.
Routing and shipping
We deposit the parcels daily from Monday to Friday directly in the postal sorting center in order to limit to the maximum the handling of the parcels and to limit the breakings.
Packages are shipped by mail and delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order form.
In your absence, you will receive a notice of arrival of your package indicating that it will be delivered to you or that you can collect it at the nearest post office.
As indicated on the card of the products, the participation in the expenses of delivery can be increased according to the dimensions and the weight of the ordered products (bulky or heavy objects).
In this case, the delivery is made by the intermediary of a carrier, the transport costs are then negotiated beforehand.
You have the right of withdrawal of 14 days provided by law to return the items without having to justify your reasons.
The product must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging which must be complete, in perfect condition for resale, and accompanied by all accessories, instructions and documentation as well as a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.
No cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason.
In this case, the return costs are at your charge. The refund will be made upon receipt of the item.
