Ume Komon, exceptional quality sandalwood incense
Decorated with plum blossoms, this box contains an incense with a rich and bewitching sandalwood scent. Combining freshness and tenderness, it evokes the delicacy of Japanese flowers.
The paulownia wood box preserves the incense from humidity. Its sophisticated design is inspired by the traditional patterns of Arita ceramics, the cradle of Japanese porcelain and the famous Imari style. In this region we find the Genemon pottery kiln, over 260 years old; talented craftsmen maintain the oldest traditions there. When we have in our hands articles designed in this oven, emotions and pleasure awaken in us that only the most beautiful objects can transmit. The pretty plum blossoms, ume in Japanese, will bring a note of sweetness and poetry to your home.
